The Tragedy of Macbeth by William Shakespeare
October 21 - November 6, 2010
directed by Tyler Woods
Set against the politically tumultuous backdrop of the 1970’s Scottish Independence movement,
and scored with period music, in our characteristically fresh take, we will examine the timeless
cycle of politics and popular opinion and how they re-emerge time and again to sway entire
countries and change the course of history. Influences of Eastern Theatre such as Noh and
Kabuki juxtapose western movement in this innovative telling of Shakespeare’s classic tale of
murder, supernatural powers and one man’s journey into the heart of darkness. Click here for

A Midsummer Night's Dream by William Shakespeare
February 10-26, 2011 (Tour Spring 2011)
directed by Erin Woods
Lively and colorful, our fresh take on this classic comedy features diaphanous costumes,
transformative set design and an original score designed to explore the music, dance and fantasy
of Shakespeare’s most beloved romantic comedy set in the world of classical Greece. Fairies and
lovers, nobles and working class, none are exempt from the folly of love.
Hair, the American Tribal Love-Rock Musical
May 12-28, 2011
directed by Tyler Woods
Set against the backdrop of late 1960’s America, Hair represents everything that was progressive
about the period and the very process of musical creation. Forged in workshop at The Public
Theater in New York City, this independent musical sensation has gone on to become one of
Broadway’s most beloved gems and a major motion picture. Frequently presented as a ‘message’
play, we feel it is less about proving a point, and more about being reminded of what is truly
important in the human experience to begin with, and what will never go out of style…peace, love
and understanding.
